The service

RaaS is an autonomous revenue engine, operated by Berries Financial Advisory Services (brand: Aletheia AI), that acts as a copilot to your sales head — closing real revenue via direct corporate sales outreach and global RFQ matching. It is not a lead-generation platform or a CRM, and there is no self-serve signup.
AI outputs are assistive. Scores, rationales, drafts, and dossiers are generated by AI from available data and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing material actions, and the Autonomy Ladder exists so nothing is sent without the level of oversight you have chosen.

RaaS engages as a sales channel partner: a fixed fee plus a success fee, agreed per client based on markets and portfolio — not a published subscription tier. Engagements typically begin with a short paid scoping pilot before any larger commitment.
The success fee applies only to revenue that is payment-verified. Invoicing terms and GST are set out in your specific commercial agreement.
Unpaid invoices: reminders at 5 and 7 days; accounts with invoices overdue beyond the grace period are paused until payment. Cancellation terms are set out in your commercial agreement.

Provide accurate business details and use the platform only for lawful B2B outreach.
Where outreach is part of your engagement, you authorize us to send emails on your behalf from your verified domain. You remain the sender of record for commercial communications and must honor the suppression list we maintain.
Do not upload personal data you lack the right to process, and do not use the platform for consumer (B2C) cold outreach, spam, or deceptive practices. We may suspend accounts that damage sending reputation or violate law.

You own your business data, uploaded leads, and closed deals. We own the platform, models, prompts, and aggregated anonymized learnings.
The per-account learning profile built from your feedback is yours in effect: we will not use your identifiable data for any other client, and you may request its deletion on cancellation.

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Berries Financial Advisory Services' total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for prospect responses, deal outcomes, deliverability outcomes caused by your domain's reputation or DNS configuration, or actions you approve.

These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts of New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.
We may update these terms with 15 days' notice by email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
