Refund & Cancellation Policy

Free tier

  • The Free plan (20 AI-curated leads) involves no payment, no card, and therefore no refunds — there is nothing to refund.

Subscriptions (Growth & Scale)

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing support@raasleads.com or from your workspace. No questions asked.
  • On cancellation, service continues until the end of the current billing cycle. Amounts already paid for the current cycle are not refunded pro-rata.
  • Annual plans cancelled within the first 7 days of the initial purchase receive a full refund of the unused months. After 7 days, the remaining unused full months are refundable on request, less the discounted months already consumed at the monthly rate.

Lead overage charges

  • Overage batches (₹6,000 per 10 leads beyond your monthly allocation) are billed only after the leads are delivered to your workspace and are non-refundable once delivered.
  • If a delivered batch contains leads with invalid contact details, report it within 7 days — verified-invalid leads are replaced free or credited against your next invoice.

Success fees (Scale)

  • The 6% success fee is charged only on revenue that is payment-verified through the platform. If a closed deal is subsequently refunded to your customer in full within 30 days, the corresponding success fee is credited back to you on your next invoice.

Erroneous or duplicate charges

  • If you are charged in error or charged twice, email support@raasleads.com with the invoice number. Verified erroneous charges are refunded in full to the original payment method within 5–7 business days via Razorpay.

How to request a refund

  • Email support@raasleads.com with your registered email and invoice number. We acknowledge within 24 hours and resolve within 7 business days.
  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via Razorpay. Bank posting times may add 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
